New Jersey's Atlantic City-based online casinos had another huge month this November. While this seems like a slight cooling off of the enormous financial gains since Febuary 2020, November was by no means a disappointment.
November saw some huge numbers in what has been a phenomenal year for New Jersey's online casinos. Online casinos and poker saw $91.8m in revenue for November.
That $91.8 for November 2020 smashes November 2019's $49.1m by 86.9%!
Impressive as it sounds, this number is a slight decrease from October 2020’s $93.5m.
Golden Nugget has long reigned as the king of the online casinos in NJ. Month after month it has stood head and shoulders above its competition for income.
But that may be changing in the near future.
This November Golden Nugget did bring in $26,029,377. But they saw a 4.4% drop in daily average revenue in November.
On the other hand, the Borgata group (Borgata, BetMGM, and PartyCasino) increased by 6.1% for a total income of $23,425,194.
BetMGM is the casino to watch. They are constantly adding new games, and they are getting increasing traffic from the enormous sportsbook.
We're expecting a big jump in spending in December. Many casinos are offering great Christmas promotions, though we'll need to wait until January to see how successful they were.
